همانطور که در خبرهای شبكه فن آوري اطلاعات ايران آمده بود، تعدادی آسیب پذیری امنیتی خطرناک درون ابزار پیغام رسان یاهو مسنجر کشف شد. شرکت یاهو خوشبختانه با ارائه آخرین فایل اصلاحیه نسخه کنونی این ابزار را به ویرایش Yahoo Messenger 8.1.0.401 ارتقا داد تا محیط امن کاربران خود را دوباره به آنها برگرداند.

به سبب وجود چندین اشکال امنیتی "بحرانی" ، دریافت و نصب این بروزرسانی به تمامی کاربران پیغام رسان یاهو مسنجر توصیه میشود.

برای نصب بروزرسانی ابتدا از پنجره اصلی این ابزار به مسیر Help> Check for Updates مراجعه کنید و اگر با پیغامی مبنی بر وجود نسخه جدیدتری مواجه شدید اقدام به بارگیری و سپس نصب آن نمائید.
